A private development initiative preparing young athletes for the responsibilities that come with opportunity.

03 / THE ASSESSMENT
The Athlete Autonomy Assessment gives families an initial look at how independently an athlete currently operates.
04 / THE PHILOSOPHY
Autonomy grows through thoughtful responsibility—one decision, conversation, and commitment at a time.
PRIVATE INVITATION
Completing the assessment is the first step. Select families may be invited to learn more about the Athlete Autonomy Project and whether the program is appropriate for their athlete.
